We offer a FREE line loading service to all our customers, whether it be a fly line, mono or braid. 

We can load micron backing from our bulk spools onto a trout sized reel for just £5, or £10 if it's a salmon sized reel.

We can also load fixed spool reels from a selection of bulk spools of mono for just £3-4, depending on the size of your reel.

Just ask, we'll be more than happy to give you the time.

We have an extremely modern Rod Repair Workshop on site. Our expertise is such that we repair all the Sage Rods for the UK. Ample proof of our skill... !

We have a top quality local fly tyer that we can hand any bespoke orders over to. 

Orders must be at least 12 trout flies or 6 salmon/seatrout flies.

Our resident AAPGAI fly casting instructor is Derek Turner, he is one of the top fly casting instructors in the country and we are very lucky to have him as part of our team.  He works in the shop on Mondays and Tuesdays, where he is at hand to offer any advice to our customers.  The rest of his week is spent giving fly casting lessons and demonstrations, and of course any spare time after that he spends fishing!
