Fishing club announces expansion
Denbigh & Clwyd Angling Club has just announced that its acquired more fishing for its members. The club’s latest acquisition is a ¾ mile stretch of the Afon Clywedog near Bontuchel.
Commenting about this latest addition to the club’s portfolio, chairman, Craig Evans said: “When conditions are right, the Afon Clywedog can be a very productive wild brown trout fishery. It is also an excellent river for sea trout and salmon later in the season.”
Commenting further, Craig said: “Our club already controls about three miles of fishing on the Afon Clywedog and this latest acquisition is a very useful addition to the fishing we already control and will provide further opportunities for our members.”
